Two things that can help you change your vibe and get what you want.

Like magnets turned to repel each other, things can go wonky when you aren’t on the same wavelength as what you want. Or with who you are trying to communicate with. You’re not feeling it and it’s not feeling you.

When that happens it creates a dissidence. The things you want to come together, like you & the person you’ve been crushing on or that sweet new shiny you’ve been drooling over, just can’t get together.

Figure out why things aren’t vibing. Are you out of alignment or after something that isn’t that great for you?

Sometimes we want something/one that is harmful. Maybe you are really great at manifesting abusive lovers. When you start to break from that cycle those wants are still going to be there. It’s where your normal setting is. (No judgment. No shame. No blame.) The resistance can be a signal what you want is bad for you. It’s important to be honest with yourself about it and know you can change it.

Sometimes (as in fucking always) we have limiting beliefs that hold us back from what we want. We don’t believe we can have it. We don’t believe we deserve it. It’s important to clear away these limiting beliefs. It takes work. Start with noticing these limiting beliefs when they pop up and shut them down.

Tell yourself, “That’s not true. I’m not that person anymore. I deserve to be happy.” Or whatever works for you. It doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It definitely doesn’t need to contain unrealistic feeling positive mindset junk.

Please note that if your limiting beliefs are stemming from some seriously bad shit, you don’t need to dig into it for this to work. You don’t need to unpack it, examine it, make peace with it, take the blame for it, or forgive it. There will be blocks that take more work to clear than others, but there is no good reason to do that in a way that causes you more harm.

Think about how having the thing you want will make you feel once you have it. Hold that feeling inside you. Let it fill you up. If you can, think of a time when you felt that way and use that to help connect with that feeling. Anytime blocks come up, tap into this feeling. Hold it for as long as you can.

Doing these two things will start bringing you and the things you want together.

As you work through this process, you might find the things that you want change or you realize it wasn’t a good fit for you. That wonderful person might show themselves to be a bad match for you. The sweet new shiny might not be so shiny after all. It’s ok. It means that someone/thing that is more in alignment with you is coming your way. Keep doing the work.
